The reality of being neurodivergent...

Neurodivergent is a non-medical umbrella term that describes people who learn and process information differently.

It is estimated that around 1 in 7 people are neurodivergent, which includes conditions such as ADHD, autism and dyslexia.

While in recent years, there has been an increase in awareness of these conditions, the misperception and stigma is a pervasive problem. This often leaves those affected feeling judged, isolated and misunderstood.

How can we help?

The Neurodiversity Network was created to educate and empower both neurodivergent adults and organisations.

By first identifying and understanding the challenges neurodivergent conditions can cause and finding effective solutions through coaching, consultation and training services. We work separately with both individuals and organisations to help improve the confidence, productivity and wellbeing of neurodivergent staff in the workplace.
